Food

Food is an important part of French culture. France is divided up into several regions, all of which boast their own specialities. For example, from the Bourgogne Region comes the famous Boeuf Bourguignon ("Beef Burgundy") and in Alsace-Lorraine, the speciality is Quiche Lorraine.

During your French course, as well as learning about French cuisine, you will cook one of the following recipes at home:

Quiche Lorraine
Tarte Aux Oignons
Haricots verts á la provençale
Gâteau aux pommes
Mousse au chocolat
Clafoutis
