STUDENT BANKING – EVERY WEDNESDAY EXCEPT THE LAST WEEK OF TERM.
REWARD ITEMS: To qualify for reward items, you must have made 10 deposits via school banking. The Bank records all your deposits through its school banking system. Even if you are holding onto 20 tokens (maybe a family collection), if you do not have 10 deposits recorded in your own name via school banking, the Bank will not accept your reward item ticket. Sometimes if you redeem a reward item and provide 10 tokens, but only have 8 – 9 deposits recorded by the Bank via school banking – we will hang onto the reward item ticket for another week or so until you make the necessary number of deposits. This will cause a delay in the reward item being received.
The Bank is a little bit behind in processing the rewards items at the moment so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you think you are still waiting on a reward item from over two weeks ago, please contact us as soon as possible so we can double check for you and re order if necessary to ensure you get the item this year.
- Please note that any tokens not used to order a reward item this year can be carried forward to 2020.
