Artsfest week is approaching and we’re getting excited! Many months of work has gone into preparing for this week-long Arts festival.

Artsfest is approaching and we’re getting excited! Many months of work has gone into preparing for this week-long Arts festival.
Parents are welcome to come along to the following events during Artsfest:
Opening Ceremony - Monday 29th August 9:15am Stadium
Artsfest Gallery Walk - Thursday 1st September 3:30 – 5:00pm is an opportunity to come and walk through the school to see the many art displays and photographs of the week’s activities.
Closing Ceremony – Friday 2nd September 9:15am Stadium
Students at all levels will be performing in the Opening Ceremony and further performances will be part of the Closing Ceremony. The Taiko group will be performing in the Opening Ceremony and the Senior Choir will be performing in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
The Specialist team have been busy preparing a fabulous week of performances and workshops and we know our students will have a blast.

Up and Away Circus Workshop with Phil Melgaard

Paper Pilots

As you can see there will be many visiting performers and workshop leaders during the week and the Artsfest levy form to cover this enriching program is available on Compass. The Artsfest contribution is to be paid by Friday 26th August. Thank you to those who have already done so.
